1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the 9wicket platform (https://9wicket.plus) and all its services. 9wicket is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting operator.

To open an account on 9wicket, users must register using accurate and truthful information. Registration with false or incomplete details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Age Restriction: No one under the age of 18 may register an account on 9wicket. If age verification cannot be completed, a national ID or passport may be required.
• Single Account: Each individual may register only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Accurate Information: Full name, address, mobile number, and date of birth must be provided accurately.
• Password Security: Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. We strongly advise against sharing your password with anyone.
• KYC Verification: KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the stake will be refunded in accordance with 9wicket's rules.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Welcome Bonus: A welcome bonus is available on your first deposit. Specified wagering requirements must be met before it can be used.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawals are only permitted after wagering a specified multiple of the bonus amount.
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

9wicket reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

• Any breach of the terms will result in immediate account closure.
• Members can also close their account at any time by contacting the support team.
• Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded; however, bonus balances will be voided.
• Accounts and balances may be suspended while a fraud investigation is ongoing.

9 Limitation of Liability

9wicket always strives to deliver the best service; however, our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Issues arising from internet connection disruptions.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems.
• Losses caused by issues with the member's own device.
• Service unavailability due to unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance.

10 Terms & Conditions Amendment Policy

9wicket may update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made, the revised date will be reflected on this page, and registered members will be notified via email or in-app notification.
